Adjusting the size of the text

The size of the text throughout the site can easily be increased or decreased within your browser. Instructions on how to do so are set out below:

Changing the size of text in Mozilla:

Select 'View' -> 'Text Size'
Select 'Increase Font' or 'Decrease Font to change the text size accordingly.

Alternatively, on most PC's, you can adjust your text size by holding down the 'Ctrl' key and using your mouse scroll wheel to increase or decrease the text size.

Keyboard Shortcuts

This website uses keyboard shortcuts also know as Access Keys. This allows quick navigation for users who don't have a mouse. The Keyboard Shortcuts that can be used from any page on this site are detailed below:

  • 1 = Home
  • 2 = Pedestrian Barriers
  • 3 = Traffic Barriers
  • 4 = Rack Ends & Bollards
  • 5 = Contact
  • a = Accessibility
  • s = Site Map
  • w = W3C Web Standards
  • x = Validate XHTML
  • c = Validate CSS

To use these access keys follow the instructions below:

Microsoft Internet Explorer - press 'Alt' and letter, then press enter.
Netscape - press 'Alt' and letter at the same time.
Mozilla - press 'Alt' and letter at the same time.
Mac's: IE, Safari, Firefox - hold down 'Control' key, then press letter.
